PROCESS
Oki Solutions consistently delivers innovative business solutions by relying on our FIVE step multi-dimensional process called the EO (Evolutionary Order) approach. Employing EO for all our projects enables us to leverage our wide-ranging expertise to enhance the client experience and produce customized solutions that generate results.
Oki Solutions' flagship product, the OkiFlow is a result of applying the EO approach. What started out as a mission to create an ad building application evolved into the ultimate achievement of developing a powerful Advertising Resource Management System.
1. Discover and Define
Because every project is unique, the objective of this phase is to discover the client's industry, customers, competitors, historical business strategies and overall needs. We work cohesively with the client to develop a shared vision and define the scope of the project.
2. Consult, Plan and Strategize
During the strategic planning phase, we consult with the client's key partners and apply the knowledge and insight gathered from phase 1 to develop a strategic action plan. The plan identifies the disciplines that will be applied to complete the project. The action plan sets and aligns goals with each major step to ensure the project is completed to specifications, on time and on budget.
3. Deploy and Develop
Once the client approves the strategic plan, the appropriate Oki units are deployed to develop the solution.
4. Test, Integrate and Implement
Whether it's a new corporate website, a custom software solution or the integration of an existing Oki Solutions product, this phase represents the final implementation of the project. We thoroughly test the project for bugs before launching the beta for review and approval. Once the beta is approved, we transparently launch the solution and monitor feedback.
5. Train, Evaluate and Evolve
We evaluate the results of the integration phase and, if necessary, develop a training program to ensure the highest level of implementation. Once a satisfactory implementation level is achieved, we continually evaluate the project looking for areas that can be evolved.
